What is Normal Eating Anyway?

It seems that everywhere you look today, messages about food, weight and appearance abound. We are surrounded and bombarded by complex and overwhelming media messages about how we should eat, what and when we should eat, how much we should eat and how we should feel about it. These messages can be largely at odds with one another when you compare the messages promoting gigantic, dollar conscious meals with the messages to be thin, muscular or attractive at any costs.

ABOUT THE COUNSELOR: Echo Bodine first discovered she was born with psychic abilities and the gift of healing at age 17. She currently serves as the District 7 Representative on the Metropolitan Council and is the founder and president of a non-profit, state-based think tank, the Freedom Foundation of Minnesota.
